Come
near to God

聽憑主怒；
因為經上記著：
〝主說：伸冤在我；我必報應。〞

For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil .
Some people ,eager for money ,
have wandered from the faith
and pierced themselves with many griefs ,

貪財是萬惡之根。
有人貪戀錢財，
就被引誘離了真理，
用許多愁苦把自己刺透了。

What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world ,
yet forfeits his soul ?
Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul ?

人若賺得全世界，
賠上自己的生命，
有什麼益處呢？
人還能拿什麼換生命呢？
